About Be-MINT

Be-MINT is a dynamic program designed to empower 400 young Nigerians annually between 2024 to 2027. Our mission is to bridge the skills gap by equipping participants with digital, entrepreneurial, vocational skills and hands-on experience in specialized fields to prepare them for the future workforce. 

What You’ll Gain

Through Be-MINT, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Learn in-demand 21st-century digital skills such as data science, cloud computing, and low-code programming.
• Gain practical experience via workshops, internships, and mentorship from industry experts.
• Develop essential soft skills like leadership, time management, and financial literacy.
• Access training in cutting-edge fields such as renewable energy, robotics, and 3D technology.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated individuals from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds who are ready to learn, innovate, and take the first steps toward a brighter future.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a Nigerian citizen aged 18-25 years.
• Willing to engage in internships and apply learned skills.
• Be a resident of Lagos or willing to relocate to Lagos (relocation costs not covered).
• Not currently enrolled in any form of formal education (secondary school, diploma, or undergraduate studies).
• Committed to completing the full program (17-20 weeks) including training, internships, and mentorship.
